5. DIGITAL CONTENT & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU law, you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right.

However, by purchasing and accessing TYEFIT:

You expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content

You acknowledge that you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access begins

This consent must be captured at checkout.

6. PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

A. Pricing

Prices are shown clearly before purchase and include applicable taxes where required.

B. Subscriptions

If you subscribe:

Billing is recurring (monthly or as stated)

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
